VoIP QoS Analysis is a software-based quality-of-service package that monitors the packet performance (delay, jitter or loss, increase or bandwidth changes) of applications on a converged communications network.

The VoIP module proactively monitors packet quality (delay, jitter, packet loss) and router bandwidth, alerting technicians when customer-defined thresholds for quality of service are exceeded.

It's a great tool for VoIP troubleshooting. You can use the Instant V-Play feature to replay what the network looked like at the time of a problem. Think of it as a VCR that rewinds and then plays back exactly what was happening on the network when a caller complained about a call with poor sound/quality.
