Free First-Year Support and Unlimited Training
VXTracker is not off-the-shelf software. Your system is configured specifically for you and your organization and is site-specific. We're here to help you get started on the right foot and want you to call us any time you have a question. During the first year, you will receive unlimited training, support, updates and upgrades.

Our support ensures:

That call records are being received from all your locations.

That valuable call data is available when needed to protect you from employee grievances, harassment issues, etc.

That area code tables are current to match all area code splits and overlays and calls are matched to the correct city/state.

That you always have the latest version with more features, faster report generation and additional value to your organization.

VXTracker sends a daily system status report to our technical support center. We call it our Heartbeat Diagnostic Report.

Extended Warranty and Support
At the end of the first year, you will want to extend your warranty and support. It's the best way to ensure that VXTracker provides the maximum return on investment for years to come. It's more than a support agreement,
it's an insurance policy against obsolescence.

User & Administrator Training
Have you taken advantage of our regular training schedule? We have live user and administrator training via WebEx on a regular basis. You're always welcome to ask our instructor a question.

Do your key managers get the reports and see the value of the information you provide? Are there new people in your organization who need some training? Call us for the training schedule and have them join in.

Do you need a refresher on adding and deleting names or departments in VXTracker? We have an administrator training class just for you.
